The audit
At least 60 minutes, and up to several days depending on scope. The standard audit is $999 USD, paid when you book; larger scopes are quoted before you pay.
Refunds
Full refund until the start time you originally booked. Rescheduling doesn't extend that deadline, and after it the fee is non-refundable.

Implementation projects
Priced from a written scope. 50% when you sign, 50% on delivery. Includes 14 days of post-launch fixes.
Maintenance and retainers
Billed monthly at your agreed rate.
Payments
Processed by Stripe. Every audit comes with an invoice, and you can add a tax ID at checkout.
